- Scheduling call: The carrier phones you to book a curbside delivery appointment that fits your schedule.

How your mower arrives
- Shipped by transport truck with a liftgate for curbside delivery — the driver lowers the crate to ground level for you.
- Please have a firm, accessible curbside spot ready. Delivery inside garages, sheds, or up private driveways is not included.
- Approx. crated shipping weight: T110 ≈ 440 lb · T2200K ≈ 470 lb · Z5400 ≈ 650 lb. Plan for one extra pair of hands or a hand truck to move the crate.
- Your mower arrives factory-assembled and ready to run — attach the steering wheel and seat, connect the battery, add fuel and oil, and you're mowing the same day.

Inspecting your delivery (2-minute peace of mind)
Before you sign, walk around the crate. If you see anything unusual — a punctured box, crushed corner, or visible dent — either note it clearly on the delivery paperwork before accepting, or refuse the shipment and note damage as the reason. We'll take it from there. Our full-value insurance means you're never out of pocket for freight damage. Details in our Return Policy.
If something goes wrong
Weather, carrier disruptions, or remote-area routing can occasionally add a few days. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, message us — we escalate directly with the carrier and get you a real answer within one business day.
